I work primarily in video production, but I also enjoy working doing audio recording and live event production. I'm drawn to audio and video production because I enjoy working in technically complex environments. I fell in love with video when I was still just a kid and I got my hands on my first digital-8 handy-cam. As I got older, I realized that production was more than a hobby, and I chose to pursue media studies in higher education at The Evergreen State College. I was drawn to Evergreen because of the school's interdisciplinary approach to teaching and emphasis on the theoretical/conceptual, as well as the technical aspects of media. I spent my senior year working as a video production intern for the college's Electronic Media department and graduated in June of 2013. Since then, I have been working as a technical director for creativeLIVE, as well as doing other freelance production work in the Seattle area. I value my work and learning, and if you'd like to see some examples of some of my projects and the skills I have learned, I invite you to take a look around.
